CANCELATION POLICY

• Camps/Clinics/Weekly Training: 50% refund until 14 days prior to the first day of camp/clinic.

• Small-group training: 50% refund until 72 hours prior to training.

• Tournaments: 50% refund until 30 days prior to the tournament.

• Private lessons: Clients are accountable for the cost of lesson, and ice time. If client can find someone to fill in for the lesson, they may receive refund.

• If a camper becomes sick or injured at a camp/clinic, 50% of the unused paid portion of the camp/clinic tuition will be returned as a credit to your account for a future camp/clinic. A doctor’s note is required.

• Failure to attend a camp/clinic without notifying 101% Always, will result in no refund or credit.

•  Refund requests must be submitted no later than 30 days after the last day of camp.

• Any requests for a refund or credit must be submitted in an email to info@101percentalways.com. Allow up to 30 days for refunds to be evaluated.
